  • Pizza Sauce
  • Cheese
  • Toppings
  • makes approx 18 mini pizzas 9.5cm
    • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek Yogurt and the Self Raising Flour
    • Mix to form a dough this will take a little working but it will form a dough
    • On a well-floured surface roll the dough to about ½ cm thickness and cut out discs. (If you don’t have a cutter you can form by hand)
    • place the discs on a lined baking tray these don’t spread but leave about 1cm between each piece.
    • Top each disc with 1 to 2 teaspoons of sauce and add your topping.
    • Pop into the oven for 15-20 minutes if the dough is thicker cook for a little longer
  • these can be stored in the fridge or freezer to enjoy later.
