Quick and Easy Pizza
Would you believe me if I told you this pizza base was made using 2 ingredients? Well, it is! this simple Pizza base is made using Greek Yogurt and self-raising flour. These are a quick and easy treat I always have them in the fridge ready for a quick after-school tummy filler.
Ingredients:
- 500g Greek Yoghurt
- 600g Self Raising Flour
- Pizza Sauce
- Cheese
- Toppings
- makes approx 18 mini pizzas 9.5cm
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek Yogurt and the Self Raising Flour
- Mix to form a dough this will take a little working but it will form a dough
- On a well-floured surface roll the dough to about ½ cm thickness and cut out discs. (If you don’t have a cutter you can form by hand)
- place the discs on a lined baking tray these don’t spread but leave about 1cm between each piece.
- Top each disc with 1 to 2 teaspoons of sauce and add your topping.
- Pop into the oven for 15-20 minutes if the dough is thicker cook for a little longer
- these can be stored in the fridge or freezer to enjoy later.
